Adding a new trust

Each trust gets its own route (/{slug}/station), its own branding (colours, name, logo), and its own data scope (patients, staff, equipment, notices). The slug is the URL identifier — use lowercase, no spaces (e.g. "lwh", "cnw", "birmingham").
